Thermo Scientific class II biological safety cabinet animation

We are facing some issues with the biosafety cabiney...ots the same model. While we were doing calibration, it got stucted in CAL mode and is not getting calibrated. Now even after switching off its starting with CAL We tried to let it be in that for even more that 5 hours but nothing worked. Please suggest the solution if possible. I s there any wasy to exit calibration mode?

These are absolute garbage. These units are flimsy compared to NuAire, Baker, etc... Save the money and purchase a better brand.
