Thermodynamics 3-64
A piston-cylinder device initially contains steam at 3.5 MPa, superheated by 5°C. Now, steam loses heat to the surroundings and the piston moves down, hitting a set of stops, at which point the cylinder contains saturated liquid water. The cooling continues until the cylinder contains water at 200°C.

I found the quality with the equation v_total = v_fluid + x(v_gas - v_fluid) It's an equation that was provided by my professor. I used v_2 for v_total because the volume and mass were constant between stages, and v_gas & v_fluid were pulled from the table for T = 200 degrees C My answer lined up with both yours as well as my professor's - thank you for posting these videos!
