Explanation-----> delQ = delU + work done, as we have already found out value of delU = 560 Joules, we only have to find out Work done in process ADC. Work done = area under the curve ADC, (but work done for DC is obviously zero as there is no volume change), so we only have to find area under process AD. thus, work done = (3*10^4) x (3*10^-3) = 90 Joules so delQ = 560 + 90 = 650 Joules

Hence, work done (90J) will be taken as positive.
