Kenza not sure if you'll see this, but I believe charles law uses specific volume not "volume." as the reference manual uses the lowercase v. Therefore the 2kg shouldn't have been necessary in your equation. Not sure if this was a oversight or something I'm misunderstanding. If so would appreciate the clarification thanks.

I think it can be easier to use ideal gas law? You could just find volume before and after using the ideal gas. We know the quality is 60% so we know the volume of steam at the beginning (water volume is negligible). Then, we can find the volume after using the ideal gas law again because we know that all the water evaporated (so we know the mass of steam at the end).
