Bursting with flavour & ready in under 10 minutes, you won't need to buy shop-bought pesto again. You can serve with pasta, use to fill chicken breasts or add flavour to fish fillets. Plus, you can store the remainder in a sterilised container for up to 1 week in the fridge (remember to pour a layer of olive oil on top to stop the oxidation & retain the green colour).
Serve with spaghetti or other types of pasta. If you prefer a thinner sauce, add 1 or 2 tablespoons cooking water from the pasta & mix before serving.
