Thermostat Replacement | 1998 Dodge Dakota Sport 5.2L V8

Hey I have this exact same druck it was my dads and I just started drinking it last night after it sat for 3 years. It ran hot in me today and I’m confused on how to add coolant and water mixture.

Any idea on how to clear the control arm because after 3inch lift it's resting on bump stop?

Yeah, so it was literally just a massive bubble in the cooling system. I had it flushed at a local shop and have had good heat since. So I guess I replaced my thermostat prematurely. But preventative maintenance I guess haha.
