Casual player here: valley rotcaller has several things going for it in casual. 1. Possibly, most importantly, it hits EACH opponent. Which is important because... 2. It triggers off of Rats AND Squirrels which are two very popular evergreen casual decks. 3. It's cheap manawise so its easy to get the feelgood attack in. 4. Triggering off multiple tribes can scratch casual combo player itch too. Everytging from mitror entity to mirrorweave effects to Aurami can end games with it.
