i think the best way to think of it is the main character in a stealth game, if someone looks at it, it will try to hide. but if u keep looking at it they have no reason to hide, so they just go for the kill.

How to get the Beehives: -Get close to lure the swarm into following you -Sprint around them to grab the hive, then keep running to the ship until your stamina is very low -Drop the hive and use your remaining stamina to get away from the swarm, preventing you from taking damage -Repeat until the hive is safely within the ship. Sprint into the ship and drop it to keep the swarm from following you inside

Doing that process ends up leaving a aggro swarm on the map. If someone on your team ends up encountering it, they ain’t gonna survive. The best way to get beehives would to do that process, except place the beehive at the BACK of the ship on the pathway. That way, the bees will stay back there, unaggro’d, and if you take off and then run to the back, the bees would be left behind on the planet, allowing you to grab the beehive without risk.
