What stands out to me the most isn't Roland's obvious wealth or beauty; it's how considerate he is. He is clearly a very thoughtful person, and he has this exceedingly rare ability to be so present and mindful. At least, that's what I'm taking away from this video, the morning routine video, and his interview with The Anime Guy. Like, yeah, he's elegant and refined, but he also seems so easy to talk to and be around. Truly, he's one in a hundred billion!

thats because he's a number one host, you need to be present and have good social skills. He is #1 social skills.

@@fatimaa4745 Basically in Japan they have a culture whereby they place a lot of emphasis on drinking, so Roland's job as a host is to entertain those guests, and naturally being a man, his customers would mostly be female, and of course there are instances where he'll have sex with the girls, but that isn't a requirement in his job scope.

@@gwb914 No, you are mistaken A good and popular host will never have physical relations with a guest. If they do something like that, rumors will spread quickly and cause trouble among customers. Because customers will brag about their relationship to other customers. You're talking about a very low level host. Such a host will never be number one. The same is true in the industry of female hostesses. In the first place, good customers don't seek physical relationships with host and hostess. Customers come to talk, not for a physical relationship. It may not be understood in your country, but physical relationships are not everything. Where there are good host and hostess, the customers are also classy. In places where there are low-level hosts, the customers are also vulgar.
It’s fun to watch Roland. He’s the guy at first glance I would say no way but surprisingly, the more I learned about him, I found out how we have things in common. He’s so impressive because he can make himself relatable to anybody.
You look super classy just the way you are, but when you're at your study desk, you looked even more refined and classy there, keep up the good work Roland! Rooting for ya!
I've worked customer service, ran my own business twice, worked burlesque before my last round of traumatic injuries, but he makes it look so easy when it all is far from it!
