Don't worry about her being thin. I think it's part of the nursing process. My female got thin after having her puppies. She had 12, 1st litter, and last. Now she's fat, happy and healthy. I gave her raw eggs with her food while she was nursing and can puppy food.

The puppy inside her when she squeezed the ball and was rolling over means she is content and happy. I wondered after all that she went through would she cope being a mother. on top of this? And Boy she has proved me wrong. I feel after her sickness maybe this is maybe the only puppies she can handle. Some dogs find it difficult and then reject on the second litter. But Lexi's eyes are glowing, she is happy on the ground roll'in and the puppies are pump 'in hot. Well done Hayden.

Looks like the ideal situation and a secure fence matters big time. Lexi looks very happy. Often Mommy dogs go through a period of weight loss after having puppies. All good. The puppies are healthy and absolutely adorable. A good loving family💌
