Thank you for introducing me to botanicals. It was a revelation. I never cared for gin, but was inspired to try The Botanist, since Castle Gordon is hard to come by on this side of the pond. It, with your guidance on proportions and the rosemary was so good, I made the extra effort to get some Castle Gordon. It arrived yesterday. This bodes ill for the continued consumption of tea at "tea time".

Hello there. Terribly sorry to bother you... but may I inquire as to which version of Rule Britannia you use on your videos? It`s rather jaunty and completely different to the usual versions that are belted out at the Proms. I originally thought the flautest may have been James Galway, but my search wasn`t at all fruitful. That Gordon gin would be perfect for someone who also owns the setter. I'll admit to pondering the music a bit though. A rag from one-hundred years ago? Does this choice indicate a subliminal message? Days-gone-by versus classic style I suppose. Yes, I think too much.
