I'm in love with all your beautiful plates. Is that Wemyss ware under the butter? It really does make the quarantine more bearable to take the extra trouble to use a pretty cup or lay a table that makes each meal a little event in the day.

A few years back, Martha Stewart did a story on rolling linens so as not to leave creases. Why leave the folds in linen? I see this in fine restaurants and here/the nicest places. Thanks for the brilliant videos.

Other than towels? I'm using Martha's method on those. :-) Maybe it depends on your storage room? How you are able to store the linens that are not in use? I actually like the look of crisp linens with a crease. :-) (not actual linen/flax, though. Too hard on the fabric).

Creases show they have been laundered and folded correctly, we also use them to help with positioning on large tables etc. I hope this helps.

one should allocate time to set the table before the guests arrive, i suggest (number of settings)*(a few minutes)/(number of human waiters)+(number of dog waiters)*(ten years)=set up time. 😃
