This lines up with what the bishop is saying with "clarity" (crystal clear charity) Tongues are for the unbeliever. Therefore, you know you are a believer at least in part, when you hear the written word of God, which can clean you. That's when you need to purify your souls in obeying the truth through the spirit. (Matthew 13:10-11 kjv) 10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? 11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. (matthew 13:34 kjv) All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them: (1 Corinthians 14:22 kjv) 22Tongues, then, are a sign, not for believers but for unbelievers; prophecy, however, is not for unbelievers but for believers.
