gate guardian will not help unless the snake goes thru the gate than it will attack the guardian attacks only for protecting the gate or pushed. scp 862 is way too much to effect the snake and cant make a large portal to shove that snake in so there no way those will help

Well think of every story of calamity told in real life. Humans come out on top. The ice age couldn't stop us. We survived prehistoric predators with nothing but sticks to protect us. Plagues, angels, nephlim, demons, attacks by gods themselves. through out our history we are the most resilient and powerful monsters. This is still true today. I do believe if Aliens did try to take over, despite all their advanced technology, we would still win with just our little sticks and perseverance. We are not the "greatest" But we are the most powerful.

As much as I love giant monsters, I must admit the hundred-mile-long SCPs are my least favorite ones. It's like they are causing end-of-the-world scenarios all the time and everytime the Foundation defeat them, everything goes to normal, and they erase everyone's memories of the apocalypse. It's so tiresome. The best SCP entries out there are the ones that can all exist within the same universe without having to make you believe humanity, including the Foundation, has the resources to have already survived 60 different armageddons, each one caused by a different 100-mile-long snake, completely recover from all of them, and then ignore it like nothing even happened or have the Foundation erase the memory of the entire fucking world everytime.

Isn't SCP-722 Apollyon Class SCP? SCP Class „Apollyon”: SCP that are impossible to contain and/or are expected to breach containment very often[as in, more often than Keter class anomalies]. Honestly, Giant monsters that could destroy the world. Reality benders, anomilous virus's that if set free could probably end all mankind. It's no wonder that it's best to just cherry pick what SCP's you think exist in the SCP World and go with that because half the time I'm wondering why the world hasn't imploded yet, and sometimes I hear people give me reasons that feel like a child came up with them or requires an essay to understand. That being said, I still find them interesting all the same.
