"isn't (Eskimo) a bad term now" Yes and no Yes because it's kind of racist, no because the "proper" term of Inuit is just as bad, because there are 3 main groups (the Inuit, the Yupik, and the Aleut), and only one of them are Inuit It's like calling someone from Jamaica "African American" the good intention is present, but because they are neither African nor American, you are really just ignoring an entire ethnic group in order to be accepting of another, which is still kind of racist Though it also depends on where you are, the Yupik, to my knowledge, only live in Siberia and Alaska, and the Aleut live in the island chains between them, so "Inuit" would be the proper term in Canada and Greenland, while that same term would be wrong unless referring to an actual Inuit in Alaska and Russia Based on my understanding, the Yupik and Aleut would prefer being called "Eskimo" over "Inuit", though of course it would be best to use the actual proper ethnic term (if you don't know, you can always ask, or just use "Alaska Native" if in Alaska) As to which term is okay to use when the proper ethnicity can't be known, such as this game? Well, Jon isn't wrong in saying that "Eskimo" is a bad term, but Emile isn't technically wrong in using it, as the term is still widely used in Alaska, where there is a diversity of indigenous people, whereas the only non-Inuit indigenous people in Canada live near the Canadian-Alaskan border It should also be noted that "Eskimo" does not have any pejorative origins (it's definitely been _used_ pejoratively, but the word itself does _not_ mean "eater of raw meat" as many believe (it means "person who laces a snowshoe" IIRC))

1:00 actually in britain where fish and chips is popular, they fry the chips with the same oil they use to fry the fish, either that or the other way around. So no Emile, that doesn’t make sense. Edit: just went around looking this up and I might be wrong, the whole frying the chips with same oil might have been a local specialty of a restaurant I’ve visited, sorry if I spread any misinformation.

The smart way to do it, is to use the oil to cook fries, and then when it's no longer "clean" enough for fires, you use it for the fish. Potatoes don't change the oil that much. So, you can get a weeks worth of use for from the oil.

Second this! ...and IMHO, I'd prefer if Tom _didn't_ spoil each level's gimmick before they get into it -- the trade-off of getting their initial surprised reactions is worth the extra attempts (as experienced with the earthquake level 😆👌 ) (Anyhow, not that it matters as much as we continue, seeing how they're all blind to the later levels.)

The biggest problem with the ice stage of 3-1 isn't just the ice physics; it's also because they don't have a lot of room to run and maneuver. It is insanely easy to fall off the stage and waste time because of the small size of the stage, especially since there are parts where only one or two of them will fit at a time. The difficulty spike is large indeed.

The ice stages are some of the hardest ones, even compared to later levels because of ice physics, so don't worry too much if you can't 100 percent them. ...and then they did much worse on the boat stage. The strategy there is that you need to get in the right positions and put ingredients quickly, to have as many pots in use as possible.
