Haha, nice. Mindr did this to me via the radio once too but it won't stop me using the radio for comms as it's a great part of the game and I wish more people would use them. Every time I find a radio, I always cycle through the channels to see if I can find or eavesdrop on people but rarely do people use it sadly. Nice to be able to pull it off, GG's! 😊

They should really tweak the game a bit to encourage this type of stuff. Maybe add a long range radio receiver that allows you to listen across the map but not talk kind of thing. So you have a chance to capture anyone using the radios at any given time.

How about you can sync radios to thousands of frequencies (add decimal points) across the entire map, making it near impossible to randomly eavesdrop and giving players plenty of reason to use it if they aren't in voip. Then add a relatively rare frequency scanner item that detects active channels. Honestly, most people will just be on discord doing their voice chat but I still think the game should encourage it. So neat.

I played on a server where used radios quite a bit. Many stories like this. We had a faction of finns and sometimes the enemy faction would have their estonian guy kind of translate the things said on the radio. We also had radio broadcasts and even podcasts held at zenit.
