On Cloudmonster Hyper vs On Cloudmonster 2: Which of On's big beasts is the best daily trainer?

Lots of hate for ON but I must say I’m a big fan, tried Superblast, Endorphin Speed 3, Novablast, Deviate Nitro and for me I still find myself reaching for my Cloudmonsters for easy runs and long runs Just shows that running shoes really are subjective 🤷🏻

If you can afford the Hypers then Go for it. Other than that... either shoe will do. Cushion Performance is subjective to the USER... If' you're a Big Bloke then you'll appreciate these Monster shoes.

On has become a lifestyle brand rather than a running shoe brand … too expensive for not much value. Asics, Adidas and Puma… are really doing well in recent times

On Cloud Eclipse, Cloud Surfer and possible Cloud Boom Echo 3 are the only real 'running' shoes that On make. They should be using CloudTec Phase in all shoes now

I'm having fun with my On Cloud Monster Hyper ! But, I still prefer my old Cloud Stratus 3 over my amazing Eclipse and Hyper. When more color options arrives later this year, I will give it a try with the Monster 2.

Imho agree with nick, very clunky dead shoes, tried both at store on the treadmill and blehhh, eclipse is the ones I chose as just had to have an ON shoe in my collection 😂

The stacks are misleading because of the holes. They should measure when compressed. But it's clever marketing so they can claim a bigger stack while using less foam underfoot
