The Saddle Club - Herd Bound | Season 01 Episode 09 | HD | Full Episode

Just as Lisa’s finally starting to feel at home at Pine Hollow, her mother, Eleanor, makes an announcement. She’s enrolled Lisa in an elite boarding school. Lisa is horrified. Wentworth Academy is miles away, which means she won’t be able to ride at Pine Hollow…and she won’t be able to hang out with Stevie and Carole, either. Stevie urges Lisa to speak up and tell her mom that she doesn’t want to go, but try as she might, Lisa just can’t stand up for herself. Carole and Stevie bribe Veronica into telling Eleanor how bad Wentworth is, but when that doesn’t work; they decide to try more drastic measures. Finally, Lisa stands up to her mother and Eleanor can’t deny her daughter’s dedication to Pine Hollow and loyalty to her friends. She decides to let Lisa stay in Willow Creek.
Based on the series of popular books for young readers, The Saddle Club follows the lives of three aspiring equestrians developing their riding skills at Pine Hollow Stables. Each of the girls has assorted personal baggage: Tomboy Stevie's impulsive nature gets her into constant trouble, Carole rides to overcome a family tragedy, and Lisa is an overachiever with a social-climbing mother. Despite their problems (and the schemes of a spoiled rich rival, Veronica), the girls' love of horses and strong friendship with one another is always enough to help them overcome any obstacle.

20+ years after I got the movie, I find out that it's just a bunch of episode scenes strung together. I always shake my head when Mrs. Atwood criticizes Lisa for spending so much time at the stables; she's the one who wanted Lisa to ride in the first place.

Just throwing this out there, anybody else surprised that Lisa was allowed to be out jumping with Patch on her own without a buddy or instructor out there with her? Especially because she is still new to jumping. I know at my home barn, the summer camps I've been too, and my school's barn a student would have gotten in so much trouble for that because of the whole safety aspect. Not trying to find fault with the story it was just super surprising to me.

I feel like the Saddle Club in this episode; I have always felt this upset since my brother moved to Italy 4 years ago in December especially because I sometimes forget items that used to be in his room and he keeps taking stuff gradually. Also, one of my best friends in church is planning to relocate to New York to be near her dad. It definitely feels weird not having people you're used to around 😢😢😢😢
