Sadly not possible as per official statement from some of the Tata Service centres. There is some wiring or chasis related prerequisite for it.

In the new Safari no. The previous one 1 out of every 500 car have rusting issue. Also the new Safari is new so it's tough to say if the issue is their or not.

PPF and Creamic are all new gimmicks it's of no use. Practically if you invest money there and if any damage happens then it's double cost. Instead get you car repainted in company after 5 years.
