I know this was posted years ago but I’m gonna ask this question anyway. When raising Finance, let’s say the down payment is £15,000 for a deal, can you have an investor give you £10,000 and put in the other £5k of your own money and give them a fixed return e.g 10% ?

Why not, thats what Saj was talking about but he was using bigger amounts. I am using 2 investors with £5k each as part of a project (friends and family)
