I feel like some people, like me, can feel the presence of maa durga, mata shakti, the dovone mother - physically. I dont know what i did to deseve this. I have always felt it as a child, then it dulled as i crossed age 6 or something, vanished till i reached 26 - when my life entered a tremendous disaster. A result of my ignorance, arrogance and etc. But then i subconsciously held her hand, by that i mean i cried out to her, for the first time in my life, i was ready to throw away all logic and sense and just wanted to believe in her existence as i felt weak and helpless. I wanted .... Power. I wanted to FEEL powerful so i could fight this crippling disaster i created in my life. I was ready to discard my enitre personality i built over 26 years, take the good parts from it, acknowledge ALL, and i mean ALL the mistakes i did in my ENTIRE life, and i did. I honestly reflected upon my sins. I managed to do it because i had a false sense of optimism that there must be SOME way to wash even the worst mistakes of my life, which is nothing new, everbody makes mistakes. Everbody screws up. I knew that. So i did, and ever since then, i have been able to feel her constant presence. It still is not 24x7. Somedays it vanishes, when i am too much into worldly enjoyments like playing a game or watching a series, but when i am doing my work, exercise, study, prayers? I feel her presence mildly. Sometimes it gets stronger. Last to last year i followed color code of navaratri, did my own research into it for some reason, maybe i wanted to feel her presence more, its a really joyful feeling to know u can feel her presence and u crave more. I recited entire durga saptashati over the course of navratri. And no onion and all. And i did a grave mistake last year, did everything but, failed to finish the saptashati. Still havent. Its been nothing but all kinds of trouble, memory, will power, health, money, everything has gone to drain. I will not make this mistake again. I will follow the navratri properly this time and will also complete previous years' last few shlokas. If it works, then i will take it as devi was sad with me and now she is happy. Lastly i want to tell you how the presence of devi feels like. She feels like an entity who is the embodiment of innocent motherly love. She is joy. She is mother through and through. She knows nothing else. We are not her devotees, we are children to her. And that i feel is incomparable. And then there is this unique presence which i only felt this once. I would never stress before exams in my life. I was arrogant about my intelligence and confident about my intellectual capabilities. But that exam, before the life disaster that is, I had been praying to devi for a few months (very small amounts, but i would imagine as if i was directly talking to her) that exam i felt the stress for the first time. So much that i was about to vomit. I dont know why, long story short, i had been having this apprehensive feeling for a few months that something big and something bad is gonna happen in my life, but i didnt know what. When i thought it might be the exam (it wasnt) i freaked out. But i reach the exam hall and it disappeared. My sleepiness vanished, i was no longer tired, i was not arrogant, just confident, that i will pass. I had a feeling of power, a feeling i could only describe as an aura of divine invincible shield is protecting me. I am safe. I didnt realize it then. I was just surprised at my calmness. I recognize the difference between me calming myself and this calmness. It was drastically different and infinitely better. And needless to say that exam was passed with flying colors. Sorry for this gigantic post. Most wont read. True devotees would, and i just want to thank u for sharing this experience with me. Jai devi maa.

@@arjunsubrahmanian7535 Her presence is always there. She hides herself if i am doing something wrong or stray from my path, then it troubles me and after 1-2 weeks, i get back on track and I feel her presence again. I wish to get rid of all my weaknesses so her presence never is masked. I am genuinely surprised how many people read this lol. Jai Bhavaani Maata!!!

Namaskaram 🙏 Addressing a couple of common queries from the comments section. 1)Make videos on Devi Suktam & Ratri Suktam too Suktams are a set of Mantras, which form a part of the Vedas. We will get to those topics eventually, after setting enough context, and with the right preparation. Until then, one can definitely chant Durga Saptashati Stotram, without a chant of these Suktams. 2)Some shlokas differ from other publications I primarily follow the text from www.sanskritdocuments.org cross-referencing it with a couple of other private publications. Since these are ancient texts, it is inevitable that there are variations(pATha bhedaH) across regions, and different shAkta traditions. I have to make a choice to pick shlokas that fit best in my understanding. Minor typos/grammatical errors have also been corrected in the process. If the text/chant that has been passed down to you differs from this, please continue with the way you have learnt it 🙏 If you have learnt it from a book previously, please follow this version instead. I'll be adding more points to this comment if there are further queries.

Hello .... first of all I would like to thank you for providing slow chanting of Lalitha shahastranama stotram it really helped me alot to understand the deep meaning of each name and pronouncing correctly...I had book of Lalitha shahastranama written in Sanskrit which was difficult for me to read and pronounce the names but your video really helped me alot... another thing is I have one question and since you are big devotee of goddess adi shakti may be can help me with it.....i am going to observe Lalitha panchami fast and I am confused with puja timing ...some say shri yantra Puja should be done after sunset in evening and some say to do it after 9:00 pm on vrat day so please can you tell me at what time I should perform puja .. this fast is observed in my state maharashtra but none know the worshipping of Shri yantra or timings to perform puja on this auspicious day please can you help me with it?

@Shrideep Paul Here is the order for chanting it for 9 days. 9 day krama: 1) Kavacham, Argalam, Kilakam, Tantrikam Raatri Sooktam, Navakshari Japa, 1st Chap 2) 2, 3, 4 chaps 3) 5, 6 4) 7 5) 8 6) 9, 10 7) 11 8) 12 9) 13 chap, Tantrikam Devi Suktam, Navakshari Japa and all 3 Rahasya Trayams Chant Navakshari Mantra only if you have received diksha (initiation) if not you can skip it. If you have taken diksha for it, you can also chant the Siddha Kunjika Stotram everyday if you wish, either before or after chanting. And if you wish, you can chant Kavacham, Argalam and Keelakam everyday before you begin the chant. Infact I would recommend this.
