Sri M gives a brief description of the definition of AUM according to Mandukya Upanishad. He also narrates a few stories about Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and on how Maheshwarnath Babaji taught him the Upanishads. He concludes the talk by delving deep into the first syllable ‘A’ of 'AUM', which is the waking state. The following sessions will cover rest of the states - dream state, deep sleep and Turiya.
