Erin Blenchfield, everyone says the same thing about do and happen against Valentina, but at the "H" hour on "D" day, after being defeated by her, all that's left is the comments from the losers saying they did everything they could, but not got nowhere. At Batweight Nunes, Holm, Kauffman could never beat her on striking, Peña couldn't beat her on the ground like she thought she would, and on flyweight I don't even need to comment. So Blenchfield train hard and try to get to the heads, because when you run into the best of the category, like: Chookagian, Andrade, Maia, Murphy, Taila, Lee then we'll see what you're made of. Many prospects (Barber, Cavillo, Viviane Araujo) like you thought would do and happen and as soon as they bumped into the cream, it went downhill!

This girl has sparked my interest and attention to her future fights and career just solely on her personality and humbleness. I hope that as she progresses, she doesn’t shift towards that egocentric, cocky attitude a lot of fighters do. It’s refreshing to see a fighters who you can relate to / feel like you can connect with and have a conversation with if they were right in front of you. Her fame potential could soar to the max if she continues winning + presents herself as the humble and likeable person she has been so far

Now that Nunes has lost the belt every up and comer is thinking "I can do it too!" but the thing is they are taking the wrong message from Amanda's loss to Pena, Amanda lost before she signed the fight contract because her mind is in la la land, her heart isn't in it at the moment. If she had put in a hard training camp she would have run Pena over the way she did everyone else, and if there's a rematch I would look for that to happen.
