Sir for institution assistantship fellowship non NET and GATE students are also allowed....... I've confirmed it with the senior there in IITKGP......NET and GATE is not mandatory..... If they are having desirable marks in Masters they can still fill the form and wait to get selected for further written exam and interview.... which will be updated on the website.
