“Choose faith, not fear.” I cannot tell you how accurate this is. I’ve been living in the darkness of anxiety & fear for the past 18 mos. In January I had a breakdown from it all, and I realized that I was doing it to myself the whole time, which lead me to make poor decisions in work, finance, and health. I’ve shut down everything in my life that’s non-essential and focused on myself for once, and I can already see the difference only 10 days in. I can feel the growth and I’m committed to continuing the positive mindset work. Something we need to slow waaaaay down to be able to properly speed up later.

Recently dealt with breast cancer. I was upbeat with a positive outlook. Now 6 months later I await the pathology results of another type of cancer. I am afraid and trying to have a positive outlook . I am choosing faith!

I too am struggling to get back to a workout routine and a healthy diet. I have fallen off due to covid, old injuries acting up and debt. I am renting a cheap room now in order to survive financially. Sadly, the cost of going to the gym is expensive for me but will do two days a week...the diet part is hard too as costs have gone up so much and getting worse in Canada with new tariffs coming on US fresh veg. I am 77 and never thought I would be struggling at this time of my life. Thank goodness I am an optimistic sagittarius eh. :)

I am right there with you! I’m also a 77 Sag and I fell off the exercise horse last year due to COVID as well! And finances have been very hard for me too, so junk food was my coping mechanism. Fast forward to 2025 and I gained 15 lbs and started to have some minor health issues which scared me into really prioritizing myself and my health (like the reading said to do) and it’s slowly working. We aren’t spring chickens, but once we let go of the need to feel bad about our circumstances and focus on health, everything else falls into place! I know it will happen for you too.
