Great list!! My biggest wish from your list is for Let It Be Naked followed by Some Girls and Nebraska. One that has never been on vinyl that I would love to have as an LP is In the World from Natchez to New York by Olu Dara, but I am sure not many people really know that one, though. My copy of The 12 Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus is well worn, so I'd appreciate a reissue of that.

Fun video and list (and I don't even do vinyl these days)! Have great memories of cueing the needle in the 70's with The Allman Bros. "Brothers and Sisters" album. Current events fun fact: The late President Carter was a fan of the Allman Brothers Band. They played a fund raiser for him early in the primary that gave the campaign enough money to buy ads for the Iowa Caucus. Pres. Carter remained friends w/ Greg Allman, even through his substance abuse struggles. Watching from ATL.

Thin Lizzy - 1976 box set. Came out just a few months ago and is already hard to get. Was limited and no one knew. It is Jail break and Johnny the fox remasters, outtakes and a live show. 5 CD. Phil and Bruce both listened to a lot of Van, that's the connection.

Awesome list Bob. Agreed on some, not so much on others. No reason to argue over subjective tastes. My choices start with Dylan's The Basement Tapes (mono), Miles Davis' Milestones, Jean Michelle Jarre Oxygene, The Who Meaty, Beaty, Big and Bouncy, Rough Trade's For Those Who Think Young and even throw in Headpins' Turn It Loud. Hope you and the family are having a great holiday and wishing you a fantastic new year.

Picked up a mint first UK pressing 3 years ago for £25. It sounds fantastic. Not convinced it needs the full UHQR treatment and I certainly wouldn’t feel the need to buy it. I do have UHQR pressings so I know how good they are, so it’s not that I have anything against them. The best value Analogue Production releases for me so far have been the Atlantic 75 series. Brilliant versions of some of my favourite old records.

Very good picks! I'd 100% buy Nebraska, Chapman, and Let it Be the day they came out. I also 100% agree that Some Girls was the last Stones album worth a damn. It's great they're still packing stadiums but it's all been pretty weak sauce since then. Ronnie Wood is a legend but Mick Taylor...just wow. I'd like to see a lot of the music that I listened to in HS come out remastered but I'm not going to hold my breath. If you're a Gen X kid who was into alternative/punk/college radio you just have to accept that much of what you listened to was recorded on a shoestring budget and not well and the market for re-releases is minor. There is some jazz on the German ECM label that was only ever released on CD that I'd love to see on audiophile vinyl but that's niche as well. I do find it crazy that a band as huge as U2 got has never had the UHQR treatment despite the popularity and the poor quality recordings on almost all their first 15 years of releases.

Watching your channel from right here in Round Rock TX, agree 100% on Some Girls my favorite Stones album I can remember watching them on SNL promoting it, Also agree on Bowie hard to say it is my ATF , J Geils Love Stinks songs like Night Time and who can forget “No Anchovies Please “ they have a great live album “Full House” and one question I have how many Miles Davis records are there seems like every week of the year there’s another release, my request would be more rock like when Analog Productions ran the Atlantic 75th series how about throwing some of the Bon Scott era after they moved to Atlantic or even Brian era at least Back N Black imagine the sales on that I know the Angus keeps a tight grip on their catalog the 2 STP AP releases sound awesome , Mofi is working 1the Van Halen catalog With Roth which I have everything released so far probably stop after Fair Warning not big on the 45 RPM ,
