I would definitely recommend waiting for season pass 3 and 4 to go on sale for $8 and buy those two. Then buy a dlc from season 1, 2, or 5 for whatever role you main. If you main attack I would recommend adult Naruto, Guy, and Minato. Range I would recommend Adult Sasuke, Madara, Haku, or Temari. Defense I would recommend Zabuza or Obito. Heal I would recommend 6 Paths Madara, Ohnoki, or Mei. If you are looking for a single all around dlc I would say Adult Naruto as he gives the Scientific Ninja Tool "Rasengan" for all roles and the Kurama accessory with a good boost. Also gives the hokage hat hairstyle which is nice. If you are looking for more suggestions I'm happy to help. TLDR: Buy season pass 3 and 4 on sale, and 1 additional dlc for your preferred role.
