To sum it up, a lot of the outer planets will be in air, fire, or water signs. Which signals chaotic, less stable energy. Practically, we could see civil unrest or worse, wars. On a mundane, this could show up as people driving crazy, feeling more tense in public, etc. Not to be fearful, Pluto will be back in Aquarius so I think that signals hope for the collective.
