As a beginner I would find it most helpful if middle c was highlighted in these videos. In this way one can determine bass: left hand or clef: right.

Playing Adele in the correct key isn't any harder. It's not like you're reading sheet music, so just go with the correct chords.

You can set the video to play at slower speeds on KZbin and it retains the correct pitch. Setting wheel in the corner of the video. I hope this helps.
