I’m so glad my Apophysis isn’t a super crazy hair kicker. I don’t know how I got so lucky. My LP doesn’t hardly kick either. Apophysis have pink on all feet, Stirmi have pink on four feet, and Blondi just have brown feet. They are gonna appreciate their new enclosures.

Odd how they differ. My T Apophysis haven't even kicked hair once. Of course, I don't mess with it more than I have to and only done one rehouse. It's spazzy as all hell, but it doesn't kick any hair. So far😂😂. Cool video👍.

I'm the proud owner of a ~4 inch T.Blondi female. Very flighty but doesn't kick hairs as often as some. However, one time I misted the enclosure as my room gets very dry in the winter. One of the few times she flicked and yes it doesn't itch it hurts.

You can differentiate stirmi vs blondi by the leg hair. blondi has a lot of hair on their femur, stirmi does not. Apophysis tends to be a little leggier than the other two. Also a bit more reddish in color. There are other definitive signs of course, but those are the easiest to see, especially if you don't have a good direct comparison.

FWIW, don't complain about the urticaria if you're vlogging without taking protective measures with some PPE, perhaps negative air pressure with filters to keep urticating hairs more confined and trapped. Read up on how bad it can get, the infections, blindness in eyes, sepsis, and yes, even death.

Hey brother just a little advice on how to get those hairs out of your skin. Get in the shower and take the coldest shower u can stand and it will help wash the hairs away. It sounds just like insulation you put in the walls of your house and thats how you get it not ro itch. It's a old carpenter trick. Try it out and let me know if it works the colder the better. I'm so glad you said those aren't there final enclosures. In the beginning it almost sounded as if you ment those were there final enclosures hahaha. My T. Apophysis is thankfully not as much of a @#€ like yours are. Succes with all 10 of those giant beauties. You can tell the diference between species by looking at the hairs on there leggs Apophysis has all over. Not sure but stimi only on the last 3. And blondi on 4 segments. Have a nice Day
