As usual, such great info. Curious if you know of any courses, paid or not, that use sports, sports betting or fantasy sports as the basis of the projects around the learning?

HI Giles , your videos are always full of great advice, please let me ask you an opinion about another training, do you have similar approach to this material from mygreatlearning ==> Data Science and Machine Learning: Making Data-Driven Decisions, for me looks pretty interesting but dollar vs latinoamerica is very expensive, Coursera and edx have some similar from IBM and others universities but still looking for a good one that summarize pretty well both maths, statistics but also data science and machine learning properly applied. BTW I found very nice the training provided by the author Jon Krohn

The worst thing is that even though I know where can I get the knowledge and practice, I tend to stop doing it, lack of discipline. Just like Udemy courses, I buy them because they are cheap and contain a lot of valuable knowledge but I don't come back to it :(

When you are done learning leave the course open on your comp. Vscode, kaggle, udemy, sql, whatever you were doing leave it open so when you come back to you computer its the first thing you see. This helped me alot. Its hard to ignore it when its the first thing you see.

Do it whenever you can arrange 20 minutes for you.. don't stay procrastinating... Start with topic which feel intresting because of your curiosity.. If you stuck find solution for problem and start again.. don't stop completely.. Consistency of 20 minutes daily is the key..

Really appreciate your insight and resources, thanks a million l🙂. Is there any courses you recommended for data analysis rather than just data science? So for eg excel, data visualization such as Tableau, Power BI and so on. I know data analyst also use libraries such as pandas and stuff so python covers that. But anything for data analysts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Greetings from Australia @Python Programmer! and thank you for the wonderful content. It keeps me motivated to keep working on my Python skills. I am currently going through the CS50P course and I would like your feedback on which book / course would be a good follow-up for someone interested in taking their Python skills to the next level from a general programming as well as data science perspective?

"S.Q.L. is not Sequel"; I was told by my database course tutor that one of the inventors of S.Q.L. made that statement and indeed, that pronunciation is part of the ISO standard. You also tend to find most SQL products (e.g. MySQL) tend to use that pronunciation but strangely not the usually highly standards-compliant Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft Sequel"). 😏
