one thing i find weird with puma vs nike is how a 9US is a 42EU for puma, but a 43EU for nike. this gets people so confused over here, its even worse than adidas with their 43 1/3 stuff

Imo, always go with us sizing. A 10.5 in puma is 44, in nike it's a 44.5, however they fit exactly the same. US sizing is most consistent

Nah JP sizing is giving you the centimeter of length of the boots. 1cm is 1cm no matter which brand

Love the shock counter :D I tried the previous version and I agree with your comments. I've got pretty thin feet and yet the previous gen. was too slim and also going a half size up was definitely necessary (why can't shoes be consistent in sizing? even within the same brands??) and it was a big letdown because I was otherwise excited to try that boot... it went straight back to the store. The 2.0 may be worth a second look!

Since I saw these on your Instagram I have been intrigued. I got massive, high HIGH, volume feet, like not just width, height, length everything. I wear a size 12 usually (sometimes 12.5) for boots and am forced to wear only full leather or mostly leather shoes to get a proper fitting. Do you reckon I'd be able to fit into these? Cause I love the concept of the shoes and they just look so damn good.

I personally found these low volume. I wear a 9US in Puma/Adidas and 9.5 in Nike/NB. I tried these in in a 9.5 and they still felt too tight to break in. Maybe they would eventually, but I wear my boots very snug and these still seemed very low volume…

i doubt it. i tried these in the pro version which has u-throat construction and still they squeeze me quite bad

Generally AG studs seem to have drilled holes, while conical studs like these aren’t drilled. Do you find a difference on AG surfaces, both in traction and safety?

Funnily enough I tried the old version of this a couple of times and it fit my foot better both in an 11 and a 10.5 US than a Tiempo 10 which was too narrow and crushed my foot every time I tried it on… But honestly anything beats a Tiempo 10 that thing is straight donkey trash

Puma is so inconsistent with their KINGs. King Platinum was awesome, then Platinum 21 was terrible. The previous King Ultimate was pretty bad for a professional product, I found even better the King Pro (first take down model), which was really good budget friendly option. About the new ones, I've tried the new PROs and I think they have improved the midfoot and heel area but the forefoot has now less space. Don't now about the new Ultimate.
