I ordered a sample of the LV Imagination on your recommendation and it does not disappoint!! Masculine, summer sun with a beautiful salty sea breeze fragrance. An absolute must buy for niche lovers! If it’s out of budget get a decent sized sample for special occasions…. Well worth it!

Great list, indeed, mate. These are the fragrances I reach in the cold weather: Vanagloria by Laboratorio Olfattivo/Babycat, Palo Santo by Carner Barcelona, DHI and DHP. In the warm weather, I wear: Imagination by LV, Gently Fluidity Silver by MFK, Mercedes Benz Cologne (very close to DH Sport/Allure Homme Sport Cologne) Cheers

I used to love ombre nomade. Then suddenly something happened and my brain identified it to be feminine on the drydown with the florals. Ever since then I cant wear it anymore. Carlisle is my #1. Naxos is up there. I go to sleep with imagination i find it calming 😂.

Great list. Totally agree with Dior Eau Sauvage Parfum, and TF Ombre Leather (and all, TBF). Dior Fahrenheit Le Parfum, DS&Durga Amber Kiso, Comme des Garcons 2Man, and Rochas Moustache (bottle has mellowed nicer than Tuxedo) are on my list. Summer is tricky, top is currently Atelier des Ors Riviera Drive, and Armani AdG Profundo, but LV Imagination sounds like what I'm looking for - will order sample from VF (to add to my 50+ already from VF - glad you're plugging the website now, one of only two in UK I trust)

I dont feel like buying anything from PDM and initio since the reformulation. Even though i really enjoy some of the scents, especially initio. But to pay the same price for a worse performing fragrance. Better to be a customer of other brands, like Xerjoff

It seems like imagination is fairly mass appealing but there seem to be groups that outright hate it - what’s up with that?

Some ppl hate it. I think its the price. Same as PDM. That price point triggers people. I like imagination and l'mmensite but imho they are not worth the price as they are simple basic freshies. The only LV scent i think may be arguably worthy of the price is ombre nomade
