I expected to see more surprise front dashes / the xbox player dash. Most of these people are m1 catching and strafing which can be directly countered by the front dashes I mentioned. FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T UNDERSTAND, when most people are m1 catching they can't focus on blocking simultaneously. So, when you front dash they react to your movement by m1ing expecting a side dash so they get caught by the front dash. You can check if they are trying to m1 catch by doing something similar to the side dash orange did at 9:25. See how the camera man reacted with a m1? That means he's trying to m1 catch, which is what you want to set up your front dash. (The best range for the front dash is about 2.5 - 3 tiles)

They all got like 30-50 ping so frontdashes like that wont be as effective on lower ping Comp players always keep their frontdashes and instead use backdash more To be frank, you wont be able to catch them off guard because they're yknow, so on guard all the time🤷‍♂️ Even if they do use frontdashes, its usually a circular dash motion to avoid endlag and catch aggresive players Tldr: Frontdashes = No backdash cancel = bad

is there any particular reason why players don't use other characters like Genos or Sonic or Metal Bat? Like don't get me wrong they're really skilled and all that but it gets boring watching them fight with the same two characters. Sure it's because of damage and what not but still

1. Because its more easier to land m1 catches with saitama and garou, as they both have the fastest m1 in the game 2. They have skills that can be mixed VERY easily with techs (for instance, flowing water or shove are best examples.) 3. They both deal pretty much the same dmg, thats why most people use them because they're "fair"
