If you're talking about leak dumps those are not at all reliable in any capacity and require you to have some way of figuring out which email address is theirs to begin with, not to mention many of these players have since swapped accounts to different emails made specifically for their main accounts. Then there is also the fact that even if you DID have a way of knowing which email is associated with their account you'd have to hunt through absolutely gigantic piles of data to find theirs with a very very small chance of the dump being 1: legitimate (so if you actually want a slightly increased chance of success you'd need to invest in purchasing the dumps directly and it would be next to impossible to filter through these private sellers to find the emails you are looking for), 2: having an active PW, 3: hoping to god the pws aren't salted, 3: having the ability to decrypt the pws if they aren't salted which means finding a large gap of inactivity on the email in question, 4: that they don't have 2fa on their account, 5: that the dump is recent, 6: that they were uninformed of the dump, and 7: that wherever the dump comes from have a correlated user/pw combo that is the same as the email you need. There is a reason that despite the humongous amount of dumps happening these days specific accounts aren't targeted for almost any website. And also honorable mention: accounts with extreme wealth/popularity have special flags on them by Jagex in addition to yet ANOTHER large set of roadblocks that lie in your way of getting access to the account specifically. Is it theoretically possible to gain access to these accounts? Yes. But no one that has even the faintest idea of how this shit works would ever speak in confidence of their ability to do it for a specific account.
