17:11 as a Jamaican myself who did research I can confirm that amazon did not make these snacks I grew up eating them and there factory made in the Caribbean Jamaica to be exact and the only reason it’s expired is because things from Caribbean places are third world countries and it would take plenty of time to deliver it to a first world country like the U.S America is like a mother country to us that supplies up with everyday resources ❤
