There's something about predebut ATEEZ. What other early content do I need to check out?

Fun fact: the song From was written by all of the members and produced by Hongjoong before they debuted. It was eventually added to their Treasure EP: 1 All to Zero album. Also, the other member that you saw but didn't recognize in the video's name is Junyoung. He was a trainee at KQ and they sent him to L.A. to hang out with the boys but he was never meant to debut with Ateez and eventually left the company. He still supports Ateez though.

The one you asked about was another trainee at KQ. I heard somewhere that he was never supposed to be part of ATEEZ, but I don't know for sure. KQ has solo artists too, and I believe they currently have trainees for their next boy group (KQ Fellaz 2)--it's possible he was training for something else.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he was just there for training. He hadn't trained long enough to be in the final group

about the song from actually hongjoong make the members write letters to their loved once and he transformed these letters into the lyrics and produce this song so it is so meaningful song for them and it was a really great idea from hongjoong

I read somewhere that the 9th person in the from mv wasn’t supposed to debut I think he was just there for training and experience since he only trained for 1 month prior to that filming

That younger than all of them the 9th member who sent by kq when ateez went before debute rehearsal dance etc but he was too young for debute. He came in 10th vlog episode of kqfellas team till last 20 episodes.

There was a 9th member, yes, but he "disappeared" before debut I believe. I don't know too much about it, I'm sure other Atinys can elaborate.

ATEEZ has always only been 8 members, Junyoung was never meant to debut with them. He joined them in LA to train and make the From MV since they were all KQ Fellaz (the name given to trainees of the company, not specifically ATEEZ). He didn't "disappear" either, he continued to train with KQ until he switched to another company in 2020.
