philip hadfield thank you so much for your support and awesome suggestions! i've been meaning to reply to you sooner, but i am dreadfully behind on my youtube replies to all my fans. so sorry! :-( i actually saw your comment a couple of months ago, and i was planning to tell you that i had already recorded my vocals for "these arms of mine" but just hadn't yet been able to film the music video! in fact, i had recorded the vocals to this song back in may of this year, and then there were too many competing production priorities that forced me to put the filming of this music video on hold. but i think the delay was worth it, don't you?! ;-) i'm really pleased with how this whole cover song and music video turned out, and i'm thrilled you like it too! also.....you make the best recommendations! i love smokey robinson, and that song is such a classic! as mentioned in my caption above, i think i was a soul singer in the 1960s in my previous life because i absolutely LOVE to sing this genre of music. it's my favorite!
