How do they make sure they will always have sea glass? Do you ever put sea glass into the water? Beautiful finds!

I don't - It's a means of recycling trash from past generations who weren't educated enough to dispose of it properly. It's never ok to put garbage in the ocean, even with the best of intentions. There's already plenty out there, we just have to find it:)
