There’s been a lot of hate on this battle in the frb community and I don’t get it at all. It’s just a normal erb but with motion capture. Glad to see a community member that likes it as much as I do.

Same, sure, their raps might be hard to understand for some people, but still... Voices fitting the characters, understandable after you read captions>a normal voice rapping for a character Plus this is probably the "farthest from one-sided" battle they made since Joker vs Pennywise. It has really good writing and the beat isn't bad either. I don't know if I'll be coming back often to listen to this, but I can still see the quality.

I see this battle, and I see two guys who've been at this forever trying something new and having a blast. It's their first time with the tech, so of course it will look a little goofy, but ERB has always been very goofy by design, so I don't get the hate. At any rate, this battle goes incredibly hard. It's probably my favorite battle from them in a while, if not my new favorite period

Idk I actually liked the Motion Capture here, it’s goofy and I think that’s what they were going for, but it fits both characters pretty well. Especially for Godzilla, I thought he was a suit like from the early films. Anyway love your reaction energy as always

I REALLY like Godzilla's facial animations. Kong's were OK too, since most of the awkward expressions can be hidden by his glowing eyes. I'm glad they went with the "nice Godzilla" face though. It's my favorite version of him, plus I like to think it's a reference because Godzilla is MOCAP'd by Nice Peter.
