I don’t like him. He’s a strange lizard man that uses fake metrics to fool people and make them buy particular products so that he can profit. His methods are mostly bs when you know even the basics of any of the topics he is talking about (like his exercise routines or videos about posture and diet too) and he blatantly lies about certain things like his body fat percentage which people share all around the internet… My brother likes this guy and buys his products. Yesterday he did a second meetup with this guys followers where he went into a naked sauna with them… that’s pretty f***ing strange and cult like. The claim is that he is so different and special because he has a “team of doctors” that measure his metrics… but this happens with most professional athletes anyway in truth… he is not the “first”… and if he really wanted to advance the world and figure out if certain pills really helped with longevity, he would actually just donate money to research in them…

Because he's dumb and what he does isn't based off science , but he says it is. So many of his habits are completely counterintuitive. He spreads complete nonsense and lies. The video titled "These basic habits will help your skin health" by Bryan Johnson focuses on the importance of taking care of one's skin, especially after years of neglect. Bryan shares his personal experience of not using sunscreen during his youth, leading to significant skin damage in his 40s. He discusses the steps he's taken to measure and repair this damage, including the use of various technologies and products. For daily care, he mentions washing his face with CeraVe, which contains salicylic acid to maintain blemish-free skin. He also talks about experimenting with a cream for three weeks to rejuvenate facial volume by feeding fat cells. However, Bryan highlights that creams alone are insufficient for addressing deeper skin issues like crow's feet or UV damage. He points out the necessity of using devices like lasers and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) for more significant improvements, as these methods are supported by data and can achieve results not visible to the naked eye.

Good question. I'm still working on it. First I’m giving my self time. This is my experiment phase. Based on today’s neuroscience new habits form in 66-365+ days. Once I’m set I commit to it and I achieve it easier. We have to be patient and nonviolent with ourselves. We are changing life-time of habit patterns. I started creating my menu items, making calorie calculations. Adjusting my timelines. Some days I starved myself as Bryan does to not break the habit. My goal is to gain weight so I’m careful to not trigger not wanting to eat. I'm using digestive system enzymes to break down the food so I don't feel like my stomach is exploding. Everything I use is vegan. Please remember to be kind to yourself and take your time in your transformation, and consult your doctor.
