Nanelle you're simply the best,your information are so detailed. I'm a registered nurse same with my husband, we are planning to move to usa soon ,we are currently in the UK, but we are not qualified for ILR and we are not interested actually since we are moving to the US, is it advisable to buy a house in the UK without having ILR? And also i would like to ask that what part of the USA do you live, i would like to choose where you are because i know you can't get it wrong. Thank you.

Good day Nannelle, please I need the link for the special group. In addition, am a care assistant.This is exactly my one year in the UK.I have a 5 years visa. Am presently not meeting up with the threshold hour because my employer has not gotten enough job. it's obvious that am not meeting up to qualify for ILR What can I do? someone advised that I get a new employer if possible 5 years and start afresh. Can I start afresh for 5 years making a total of 6 years before ILR application?

Hi Nanelle Congratulations on your ILR💃💃💃 I got my T2 on the 6th of December 2022, and in the mail I was sent, it expires 29th Oct 2027, according to my calculation, it’s not up to 5yrs. Please what do you think I should do? Or is this not an issue?

It’s correct. UK can’t make a mistake with that and if you calculate it, it’s 5 years.

Hello Nanelle, please I want to ask a question. If I am a main applicant, from what I understand from your videos, I don’t need to write any English language test again since I wrote one before coming in on my health and care visa. However, my spouse(dependent) will need to write a SELT before she can apply for ILR. So can she write the exam anytime before applying for the ILR or it has to be within two years before applying for ILR

Yes I stated my company pays 13 times a year

Because a year has 52 weeks not 48 weeks. If you calculate 4 weeks for a month, you’ll arrive at 48weeks a year. So just find your income in a week and multiply by 52 weeks to get your annual income.
