Hi Pam! $600 is too high for that income level. If the car is almost paid off, I would keep it. If it’s not almost paid off and you can sell it, and buy a much cheaper reliable car, I would do that. If you can’t sell it becuase you owe more than it’s worth, then I would consider driving uber/lyft part time so that income covers most or all of the payment. At this income level you should ideally own a cheap car you can buy cash or have a small payment of absolutely no more than $300. Best of luck to you! :)
