I pulled a 2023 Topps chrome Corbin Carroll Gold Speckle /50 Image Variation SSP from a blaster at the beginning of this week!!! I’ve never recorded myself before but this card made me start now! Biggest pull I’ve ever gotten, comps are $1200-$1600. The card gods finally blessed me!

Out of 23 Topps Chrome, I have opened 4 blasters, and 1 jumbo pack. I got a True Blue Auto of Vaughn Grissom and Christopher Morel, and out the jumbo pack I got a True Purple of Bo Naylor.

Good hit for the young collector that's an awesome feeling I remember when I was a kid I pulled the SP Authentic Vince Carter Rookie that went for $1k back then at the time. I traded it for a lot of Kobe's and one of them was his Topps Chrome gold refractor rookie damn I wish I still had all my old Kobe cards

I love the retail top ten because I can relate. I also notice the breakers do not go as nuts as the hobby breakers. Only number 2 with the J-Rod was a little loud but understandable. I haven’t pulled anything worthy of giving Ian a shout out but when I do I hope it is on tape.I have in the past but with not buying as much the big money cards are few and far between.

Bought hobby box of 2023 topps chrome , u get 1 guaranteed auto and it was red foil Spencer steer rc numbered 4/5, and ultraviolet Chaz Chissom . I can not find the steer card on eBay at all just all his other cards from the set

Kind of sad that retail jumped in price on the shelves and when you pull a huge card it’s like a 1k or something in 2020 I pulled the black auto Witt 1/1 from the mega bowman box sold it a week later for 14k .

So I’ve decided to pull out my collection that hasn’t been touched in 30+ years. I have over 50,000 cards from all sports, non-sports(apparently my unopened pack of GI Joe cards have some value). I’d say 60-70% to f the collection is Topps and 30% are in card protectors. How in the world am I supposed to validate this stuff??

I found a Chris Olave dt n a Brock Purdy pink optic from the same pack in my blaster. I sold the pair for $250 last month. I just retired from the hobby at 30+ years. I'm 53 n retired n sold my whole collections to a friend for pennies n ask him for a Brett Favre 8x10 autograph( he's my HERO) to walked away with the hobby. My wife decided to divorce after 33 years of marriage n my son loves watching sports but don't want nothing to do with collecting. I'm happy just watching y'all opening packs from the sideline. I never liked, when people do the suspense pull, like totally messing up the good card with crap card to build suspense. I would be mad if it was my Mega card and when you send it to grade the surface or edges get banged up, just because people have to act like fools, to keeps getting clicks.

Topps has a MVP buyback program in which you can take that players Topps Chrome cards to a participating card shop and get $20 in store credit in exchange for that player's base card. A refractor is worth $40, and so on and so forth. Acuna has been the favorite to win the NL MVP for a while now, which is why he said that.
