I love how the opponent plays a Trinisphere on turn 1 on the play, and you're essentially like "aw, that's cute". I mean, it did slow you down, but the fact you were able to play through it is crazy. Also, hooray, Displacer Kitten love. Last season I was really enjoying a copy of it in an Esper Rusko deck in historic.

I think a better word would be "tilting" because in the mirror it's mostly just down to who draws better and much less about your actual skill.

Toxic means something different in MtG entirely. In other communities, it means someone who has poor sportsmanship, a negative attitude, or is a troll. In MtG, it generally has nothing to do with players. Instead, "toxic" is interchangeable with "degenerate," which describes linear decks with little or no interaction (turning the match into Solitaire).

The really cool thing about language is that it evolves! If a generation starts using a word in a particular, well-defined way, that word now means that thing. Even if it didn't before. I'm not sure that form of "toxic" applies here either, but I don't think that was your point.

You said Sensei's top can scry, you also said you sac'd top to put it on top of your library, etc I knew what you meant as I played Sensei's top for years in legacy pre-ban but for someone that doesn't know they might be very confused on how you "sacrifice" a card and it ends up on top of your deck.
