I used to live on Victoria Ave right off of 63rd & Crenshaw (in the mid to late 90's). There was so much gunfire at night (usually in the Avenues). I remember early one morning, there was a loud gun shot across the street, it sounded like a cannon. My neighbor Angela called me (it happened right in front of her apartment). A 16 year old that was known as Tiny Ripper had been shot, he died right in the walk way of my neighbors apartment. That was a very sad day. My roommate was this blood that had gotten shot up and lost one of his legs.... His name was Rodney... We became really good friends...
