Oh yes! Sorry about that, Both, bleached a little ombré then went back and pulled out random small chunks and bleached those to create the streaks/highlights.

Sorry! to answer your earlier question-The flexi rods were put on while the hair was damp not soaking wet-(I used a spray bottle filled with water to spritz ) there was not much of a method, just grabbed random clumps of hair- detangled with a brush or Comb- did a very loose two strand twist and flexi rod ONLY the ends. I left it to dry for a few hours (if more convenient, leave overnight) then gently unravel once dry.
