Man the in person play is such a massive improvement its not even funny. One of my biggest issues with some of the older videos was that a good 40ish minutes of them were just waiting for Magic Online to resolve all the triggers, but, with that gone, it's gotten so much better. Liked and clicked the bell.

Not only do you avoid the moto crashes and stuff, but moto tends to be slower overall when everyone has to say ok to every play and you see every trigger have to go on the stack. Sure you might make more mistakes but I think that can add to the fun! Keep up the fun content!

This was a really fun game! Lots of weird interactions and I loved the deck concepts. Now I'm gonna be That Guy: Teferi's protection says your life total can't change. At around 32 minutes, Richard cast Vampiric Tutor after casting Teferi's Protection. If it still worked like the original wording "Pay 2 life, tutor a card" he actually wouldn't be able to cast it at all since Teferi's Pro prevents you from paying life. Luckily oracle texts makes losing the 2 life no longer a cost, so it turns into all upside. Richard should have been able to tutor without losing the 2 life.

They can work on addressing those issues; The worst part of MTGO was the pace and there’s nothing that can really be done there to reduce the endless clicking for priority for any action to happen (especially if it causes a lot of triggers). There would otherwise be a lot more content creators using MTGO rather than paper. Paper play cuts the video length in half without those delays.

I think Spelltable is nice to shake things up on occasion, but it is not my preferred way of viewing. How to know the Wheel of Misfortune isn’t explained well or played properly: Everyone announces they’re saying 0 each time, and Crim should have said a number equal to the highest life total. That would have won him the game immediately

No it would not, wheel deals damage to tree player that chose the highest number, but even with all of them choosing 0, I believe they would have wheeled 3 more times anyways because nobody chose a number higher than 0, so it’s a tie. Phil and Seth would be deal at 30:40 ish (I’m past that time, that’s just when I think the WOM weirdness happened)
