For me this was one of the best films I've ever seen. Cried my damn eyes out. Beautifully done on all levels. So, so damn good. When I was a teenager, my older brother had me read a story by Larry Niven called “Inconstant Moon” about the world ending at sunrise because the sun went supernova. I read it, was totally fixated by the story and thought about for a,long time. One question I asked myself was what would I do in a situation like this. After forty years, I know now. I would,d say goodbye to my siblings, go and the biggest thickest steak dinner with all the trimmings and then go back to my place and spend the rest of the time praying.

UNDERRATED FILM would be an understatement here. So pitifully sad this didn't get a bigger market outside of Australia. Just goes to show that being a great acting cast with a good story isn't anything without the advertising and personal whims of the film executive industry. Awesome creatives are only great when they FINALLY learn how to manipulate and traverse the financial and advertising snake pits of the film industry. Most creatives are too artistically deep minded to comprehend the practical, financial laws and business senses of movie industry upper management.
