Lol. I am commenting just to say how much I dislike anything with superheroes. Also, Jordan is 100% the best basketball player ever. I used to write the stats from the Bulls games back when Jordan played all over my bedroom walls. Lol how silly but there was no team like the dream team.

Just got home from GW. First off they had their high end jeans $19.99! Second they had a pair of children's snow boots for $6.99 and another pair, the same brand next to them for $8.99. No consistency.

I have pretty much stopped going to GW. I have better luck going to smaller church thrift stores, also church yard sales are good for me.

I’m just glad that evidently most people don’t have other expenses like utilities and mortgages! Man, business would be tough to run with those costs! 😂

lol okay okay, poor choice of words on my part apparently. I should've said, employees, business insurance, CPA, corporate taxes etc. Real business expenses in addition to personal, the majority of resellers are doing it on the side and don't have additional business exposure.

I just paid about 40% more for a pair of used jeans at Goodwill than I would have 2 years ago. All their clothes are donated!!! Half the time I don't even bother to shop there because their prices are so high. I told the clerk to count the number of people who come through the door every day and see how much revenue there is at the end of the day. If the traffic is up and the revenue is down and the racks are jammed packed then if you raise prices you're an IDIOT!

I just hate how I can go to goodwill on a Saturday, and a stuffed animal can be $15. Then, go back on Wednesday and a similar is $3. Or coffee cups being .99, or 2.99. Make it make sense??? There really needs to be a blanket price, imo. We have standard pricing for clothing/linens/bedding on the east coast of Florida, at $5.99. Why would I buy a comforter for $5.99, and turn around and buy a pillowcase for the same price????? Or DVD's and books all being standard $2.99 lol I didn't want to buy DVDs at $1, and now $3... which make sense why the shelves are stacked full. L Goodwill

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks Goodwill’s prices are crazy! I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that there are so many people buying to resell so Goodwill thinks they should get their cut first?! I’m not sure but when the prices are higher than new prices at retail stores, they seriously need to rethink their pricing! I’m certain they’re losing a lot of sales becoz of the crazy prices!

Goodwill makes massive amounts of money from their online platform. I can assure you, Goodwill isn’t worried. They strip all the good items from donations and cash the hell out. Anything they sell (or don’t sell) in the store is icing on the cake. They don’t care if you buy anything in the store lol.

$7 for used underwear come on Goodwill. Ryan the other day I found some vintage underwear brand new in the package I found 13 packs 4.99 each pack they sold for $40 a pack and they all sold within one day vintage underwear my friend I'm not sure if you ever get it to sell it but brand new in the package definitely worth getting I couldn't believe what people pay for vintage underwear and they were tighty whities lol 👍💪😁👊🤝

I don’t know how resellers make any profit buying at goodwill.. we have a hospice resale shop here in palm beach Florida with even worse prices. I haven’t been back there since they told me to leave for video recording 3 years ago 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😁😆

Hey guys we find that when we are in Florida we skip most goodwills. We take a lot of back roads and small town mom and pop thrifts and kill it. Take a backroads road trip in your backyard might find some gems!

I was in a local Lifeline op shop recently and they had in a couple of swarovski figurines priced at over 200 each. Very small and when I checked comps later at home they were asking higher than solds that had the boxes.

its the same in the UK at the moment too. Our charity shops/thrift stores have insane prices , store bought tshirts priced higher than they were initially sold at, its crazy.

Good things bought, but to high price. It’s definitely not the end of these high prices that’s making people not be able to buy anything. I’m on a fixed income SS which they raised the price $30.00 a year. That is less than $3.00 per month how can people make it on that income? A gallon of milk is over $5.00 so you can’t even buy goods to try to sell. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜

Yeah my goodwill had all jeans priced from $5.99 to $$11.99 last week. I went in Tuesday and all FR jeans were $29.99 and all Cinch jeans were $34.99.

I am just lucky my GW doesn’t mark up new or brand names. Just picked up 2 Johnny Was blouses for $5.88. Brand new RL Polo Sherpa vest 5.99. Brand new Olukai sneakers for 7.99. I spend $2 to $3 thousand a month at GW as my only source for clothing.

Why would you think you are the only that has other expenses? A lot of the other resellers have the same expenses as you do and they also have children to provide for. Also these stores are doing the same as the resellers trying to make the best profit they can. Yes we do think they over price items but you just purchase two tee shirts for $250 and was okay with paying that and that person may have only paid .50 for both of those tee shirts. Complaining or commenting about how overpriced the thrift stores are will not change. Just buy what you want and make your dollars. Your videos are great and informative.
